  4. Delivery Director: – Manages day-to-day operations and ensures alignment with strategic goals.

Project Development Division: – Director Delivery (Lead Engineer)

  1. Development Manager: Manages project development from concept to completion.
  2. Construction Manager: Oversees all construction activities ensuring compliance with designs and safety regulations.
  3. Project Managers: Oversees individual projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Site Supervisors: Manages on-site operations and labor coordination.

Sales and Marketing Division: – Sales Leader
